Breath is the most useful feedback in yoni massage. It shows whether the body is guarding, settling, opening, or becoming overwhelmed.

Breathing techniques should be simple. The goal is not to perform breathwork, but to help the receiver stay connected to her body.

The three-breath arrival

Before touch begins, breathe together three times. Inhale through the nose if comfortable, exhale slowly through the mouth, and let the shoulders soften.

This small ritual marks a shift from ordinary pace into a slower, more attentive space.

Move on the exhale

When introducing a new touch or changing pressure, move on her exhale. Hold still on the inhale.

This rhythm keeps the body from feeling surprised and gives the receiver time to notice whether the touch is welcome.

Return to belly breath

If breath becomes shallow or held, pause. Invite one hand to the lower belly and wait for the breath to return before continuing.

A pause is not a failure. It is often the most skillful part of the session.
